Our four core services including Structural Steel, Fire Protection, Facade and Balustrade works focus solely on Hong Kong projects. Our newly launched interior fit-out services cover both Hong Kong and Macau. We cooperate with long-term suppliers of custom furniture, stone and timber to deliver integrated structural and furnishing solutions.
Steel Structure & Metal Fabrication Works
Fabrication and on-site welding of structural steel frameworks, fully compliant with Hong Kong building safety and structural standards, suitable for major construction and extension works.
Commercial & Hotel Fit-out
Fully managed by our independent interior fit-out team, we deliver full-turnkey renovation for 5-star hotels, shopping malls, clubs and exhibition galleries, covering detailed spatial design, wet works, carpentry, lighting, soft furnishing, M&E coordination and project handover. Any metal accessories including screens, balustrades and decorative steel elements will be installed by our metal team in separate construction phases.
Fire Protection & Insulation Works
As a supporting trade under metal engineering, all fire protection works are carried out solely by our metal crew in full compliance with Hong Kong Fire Services Department regulations. Services include fire-resistant coating for steel structures, pipe fire insulation, fire compartment stopping and installation of fire-rated metal doors. All procedures are coordinated alongside structural metal works to meet statutory fire inspection requirements.
Office & Residential Interior Design
Interior design and renovation construction are undertaken independently by our dedicated fit-out team for corporate offices, luxury private residences and apartments, including layout planning, custom joinery, feature walls and kitchen & bathroom remodelling. Special metal decorative fittings and stair balustrades will be installed by our separate metal team in staggered phases.
Façade, Duct & Pipe Cladding Works
This service covers two construction segments: external façade metal cladding and structural finishes are fabricated and installed independently by our metal team, while decorative wrapping for indoor M&E pipes can be coordinated with fit-out progress. We utilise aluminium panels, stainless steel, sintered stone, timber veneer and other materials to combine thermal insulation, soundproofing and aesthetics for commercial tower facades and concealed M&E piping in hotels and residences.
F&B Outlet Interior Fit-out Works
Our independent fit-out team specialises in full renovation for catering outlets, fully familiar with FEHD, fire safety and ventilation statutory requirements. We deliver integrated construction for dining zones, kitchen partitioning, cashier counters and lighting systems. Custom decorative metal screens and fittings will be installed by our separate metal team to ensure independent quality control of both trades.
Balustrade & Handrail Works
All balustrade and handrail products are custom metal works delivered end-to-end by our metal engineers and construction crew. Our portfolio includes stair handrails, balcony railings, lobby balustrades and terrace fences, ranging from carved brass art pieces and frameless glass metal balustrades to minimalist stainless steel designs. Materials include brass, stainless steel, aluminium, solid wood and stone, complying with safety codes while elevating interior aesthetics.
